Orders are shipped approximately 5 to 10 business days after payment is made (3 to 5 days for Express) as most items are made to order. These time frames are approximate and can vary on a daily basis. Exceptions apply for some items. All items are shipped discreetly in plain packaging. Free Standard Economy Shipping is available to all US customers in all 50 states and Puerto Rico for orders totaling $35.00 or more. We offer Express Shipping options at checkout. Most packages are shipped via the US Postal Service. Certain packages including jewelry items and high value shipments may require a signature upon delivery. While shipping transit times are not guaranteed, standard shipments within the United States typically take approximately 2 to 4 business days to arrive after the date they are shipped. Express shipments typically take 1 to 2 days to arrive once shipped. SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE NOT GUARANTEED. Shipments going to locations outside the United States typically take approximately 2 to 3 weeks to arrive to many locations after the date they are shipped but can take as much as 30 days or more depending on your country's customs agencies, etc. THESE SHIPPING TRANSIT TIMES ARE ALSO NOT GUARANTEED. Please allow these time frames. Items not ready to ship will be backordered and sent as soon as they become available. If you are outside the United States and have not received your package within these time frames, let us know by sending an email. All items are non refundable and once an order is put into production it cannot be cancelled as all items are made to order and we do not stock items.
